Idea #529: Proportion Editing X Mirror

Rationale

We need to be able to go into Proportion editing and use x-mirror because it is such a pain not having that when you're doing shape keys!

It's fairly conventional to do shapekeys one side at a time (one shape for left and one for right). To do this you make it for one side, then "Create new shape from mix" which will essencially copy that shapekey, then Mirror that copied shape.

Or! You can grab this little addon that has a quick Mirror Shape Key button that'll do all that hard work for you!

If you name the shapekey ending in '.L' it'll name the new mirrored one with '.R'. Note that it mirrors across the X-axis.
