[8] Clean up spotlight options

The title says it all, the options are a bit of a mess, particularly halos. When you select halo the options are spread all over the panel AND change depending on wether raytraced or buffered shadows is selected. It would make sense to keep the halo options beneath the button that activates halos (and only show up when a material uses it).

Currently when you set a subdivision on the grid (say for feet and inches) it only changes the grid drawn in the standard views, and not the 'floor' grid shown in any other 3d view. It would make sense if the divisions in the grid are changed for it to be changed in all the views.

This would make it really easy to find a wanted file, and could be used with idea 91( File display filter in file browser) to filter different filetypes, but would be much more powerful.

Pretty self explanatory title. You can't use servo motion unless dynamic physics are enabled, yet the options still show up. Kind of confusing, at first.

[-1] Irregular zoom (w/ middle mouse button)

The idea is a little difficult to describe, but basically the factor you zoom in by is slightly different than the factor you zoom out by.
Try it in blender, roll the middle button to zoom in, roll it to zoom out and your back in the exact same spot. Having a difference between zooming in and out makes it very easy to position a view, not just 3d but especially say the uv editor, or playback window.
Of course, this could be in the user prefs, but it would be very useful, moreso in the 3d views than in the 2d ones. (alternatively, zoom w/ shift and middle mouse could be enabled in the sequence editor and other places where it isn't..)

[-4] Remove delet confirmation

When you hit 'delete' or 'x' it is since you want to delete. Having a popup asking if you want to delete the selected objects is unnecessary, since, if you press delete on accident, you only need to hit undo, and no harm is done. There should be a way in the user preferences to disable the delete confirmation.
