I know that's in a Blender plan already, but just for the record... :)

Show more Time Formats in the Sequencer
Written by oxigen the 18 Nov 08 at 22:40. Category: Interface. New
Now we can display only "Seconds" or "Frames" in the Sequencer. There should be also other possibilities, like:

* Hours:Mins:Secs
* TimeCode (SMPTE)
* Samples
* Beats

Easy Delete Materials and Textures
Written by oxigen the 21 Nov 08 at 01:54. Category: Tools. New
We need to press too many buttons + save and reopen file for deleting materials and textures from the Blender scene. Simple Delete action should be enough, the rest should do Blender automatically.

Better UTF-8 Support
Written by oxigen the 4 Jul 08 at 23:49. Category: Interface. New
Some fonts are not rendered properly if you use UTF-8 characters with 'international fonts' GUI. This should be fixed.

SPACE key for "Play" & "Stop" in Blender Sequencer
Written by oxigen the 8 Nov 08 at 15:58. Category: Interface. New
SPACE key is used for "Play and Stop" in any sequencer, except in Blender. This should be changed.

OK, I know this key will be possible to assign in Blender 2.50, but anyway...

There is always possibility to make typo or you want to add something after you post your Idea. This isn't possible now, but it should be.

Written by oxigen the 9 May 08 at 21:24. Category: Sequencer. New
Blender have very good sequencer already. It would be useful to have MIDI support inside of it.

Automatic L-R Mirror Naming
Written by oxigen the 18 Nov 08 at 03:45. Category: Animation. New

Blender Armature System recognize *.R and *.L naming. Idea is to create automatic mirror names when we perform duplicate object command with a specific names.
On example: from Bone_Hand.L to Bone_Hand.R instead of Bone_Hand.L.001 like it's the case in the current Blender.

This could be a big time saver for all those who like to have logical naming in the Outliner. :)

Make button "Occlude Background Geometry" ON by default.
Written by oxigen the 19 Nov 08 at 01:49. Category: Interface. New
I pressed this button only once in my life and saved it with Ctrl-Ukey back then (like I set Pan View for MMB). But when I tried to show new users basic Blender tools I deleted my .B.blend file and used default Factory settings instead, just to be compatible with theirs settings. That's when I faced with this problem. I forgot where is this button years ago. With the default settings you select with a Border select tool also vertices from the back of an object, which is quite annoying and quite useless I must say.

This button is in the buttons window (beside the Face Select Mode button) which I think is wrong, because you really don't use this button often (actually I believe that most of the users press this button only once). So, please make this button ON by default and move it somewhere in the "View & Controls" where it actually belongs!

Sorry for writing so long post about so "little" button, but I spent too much time on searching for this annoying thing. Oh, yes and to make searching even harder, this button disappear when you are in wireframe mode! :/

CMYK Support in Blender
Written by oxigen the 21 Oct 08 at 00:39. Category: Rendering. New
Blender have support for many formats, even OpenEXR, but that's all RGB only. Why not also CMYK? That would be awesome! With CMYK support would be Blender actually useful for any graphics task, even DTP!
