It looks liek latest ideas section shows latest voted ideas, I think that it should shows latest posted ideas.

Maybe the actual "Latest ideas" could be called "Latest active ideas", and a new option for "Latest posted ideas".

doesn't it already? look at the time posted. It will correspond to the order in the (latest ideas) section.
