Description

it would be nice to be able to parent ideas, since sometimes, ideas aren't duplicates, but are similar and can be made up to a certain hierarchy.
for example, the currently most popular Snap to Ground request could be a child node of some good snapping proposal. this way admins can order things better and make more advanced proposals parents of requests for subfeatures.

Hmm, maybe in a future version, currently this would be very difficult to implement, but worth keeping around as idea.

Also, I guess that usage in the coming months will show how people really use this tool.
