Description
It would be awesome to have a built in motion tracker , to match with real footage ,and match movements.

Unfortunately as far as I know the tracking project (developed by Keir) is _not_ under development right now (not even the "libmv" sub-project).
If I remember correctly he is currently working for Google and doesnt have much time to finish the work ... don't take my word for granted though.
Anybody got more recent news?

While integrated motion capture would be groovy, I think it's better to use a dedicated app for that and import the data into Blender.
