idea #225: Command History Window

It is very similar to "Record as Script" (idea #53).

Here I mean a window that always show each command (keypress or button) you click as a script. But do not record or save to a file.

It will make you learn scripting easier. If you don't know how using script to command blender to do rendering, just press the render button and see the text in the Command History Window. No need to open the Blender API Script documentation.
