Description
Imagine how rotating/scaling by individual centers works for faces right now.

Now I suggest applying this behaviour to edges/vertices as well. I'm pretty sure this has come up elsewhere already, but I really can't find it.

Also: Using the individual normal of each face/edge/vertex for extruding can only improve modelling.
