Description
It would be cool to be able to make an object 10,20,30.. 90% transparent in the display window.
In edit mode, an object is displayed with the alpha-transparency of his texture. We can partly see through the mesh where the texture is partly "alpha-hidden".

It is already possible. set alpha in material and in object view options check Transp on.

Thanks for pointing this out :)
BUT it doesn't work on edit mode, on textured mode or on "solid mode + solid texture (shift+T)", and on sculpt mode (cannot sculpt if alpha < 100%)
