idea #72: Individually centered Line rotating

Description
When in editmode you select some lines and try to rotate them whily you have "individual centers" on they are rotate around median point instead. Now i dont know about the technical difficulties in this, but i've run into situtations where it could have been very very very usefull. Thanks.

"select some lines" - is this edges of a mesh? or curves? - need more details.

There is no real technical difficulties regarding the implementation, it's not been done yet for edges (same with island of faces) because the mesh structure being used isn't really nice for handling that kind of connectivity information. Meaning it could be done, but startup time of transform could be slow on large meshes.

It'll be easier when BMesh rolls in.
